Jenna works exclusively with natural, sustainable materials, and whenever possible uses antique, vintage or reclaimed stones, along with ethically sourced modern diamonds. As part of this philosophy, Jenna does not work with lab-grown diamonds.

Resetting or reusing heirloom stones is one of Jenna’s specialties. Please note we can only work with natural stones and unfortunately, we cannot use gold from existing pieces.

This depends on the piece but usually 8-12 weeks. If you need something rushed, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

It is advised to remove all jewelry prior to bathing, exercising and sleeping. This will ensure the longevity of your pieces!

To clean, use gentle soap in warm water and let the jewelry soak; then use a soft bristled toothbrush to scrub and let dry on a paper towel.

All jewelry is shipped using FedEx with Signature Required. We offer complimentary shipping for all US shipping addresses. Please get in touch for International shipping rates.

Sales tax is calculated according to the local sales tax laws of the shipping destination provided. All international duties and fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

Yes! If you purchased your ring from Jenna, chances are we can accommodate sizing. There is a flat rate of $100 + shipping to resize. There are some instances where a ring cannot be sized, and usually this is when there are stones or a particular detail all the way around the band.

Custom work is not eligible for returns nor exchanges. Pieces purchased from stock can be exchanged for credit within 7 days.
